Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Note that international shipping may incur longer transit times.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. Due to health and safety reasons, certain items like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Contact us for guidance on specific items.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The actual posting time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Australian Consumer Rights

Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
